Instructions to Examine & Receive Goods
1．如发现到货规格、性能不符，品质次劣、残破、短少及其他与合约规定不符等国外发货人的责任时，请立即申请当地商检局出证以正副本各一份至迟于索赔期满前七天寄达订货公司向外索赔，并寄我副本一份否则应将情况电告订货公司要求国外延长索赔期。
Where there is disagreement of specifications or functions , low quality, damage, shortage or other disagreement to the contract or agreement due to the foreign consigner(s), please apply to the local commodity inspection and testing bureau for certifications immediately and such an original certificate and a copy thereof shall be mailed, at the latest ,seven days before the deadline to the ordering company to claim damages from abroad, and one copy thereof shall be mailed to our corporation, otherwise a cable shall be sent to the ordering company to ask the foreign exporter to extend the deadline of claim.
2．如发现运输途中的损失，请会同当地人民银行（县、市一级）联合检验，并签发报告以正本寄人民保险公司索赔，并寄我副本。
Where discovering there is damage occurring on passage, please examine and investigate it with the local branch (county-level or city-level)of the China People’s Bank, and make and sign a report and submit the original to the People’s Insurance Company to claim damages while a copy thereof shall be sent to our corporation.
